Dear All

Have you ever experienced a lower back pain?

Do you know what causes it?

Do you know how to treat it and how to prevent it?

When lower back pain arises?

The lower back pain most often occurs when:

  • Lifting weighty objects. [1]
  • Abrupt movements that put too much strain on your waist,, respectively on your lower spine area – the lumbar area. [1]
  • Having a poor posture over certain period of time [1]
  • Performing sports. [1]
  • There are some spinal health problems. [1]

How can you treat your lower back pain?

  • Surgery
  • Yoga
  • Physiotherapy
  • Manual treatments
  • Acupuncture
  • Inversion therapy

What are appropriate exercises on inversion table for your lower back pain?

Exercise2:

  • Then put your hands on the floor, with palms facing backwards and elbows as wide as your shoulders; Stay on this position for x5 full breaths
  • From here turn to the right, without moving your hands and elbows, and take x5 full breaths
  • Go back to the center
  • Turn to the left are repeat the exercise – take x5 full breaths
  • Return to the center

  • Slowly move to the horizontal level, place your hand in prayer in front of your chest and remain here for x3 to x5 full breaths (if you wish, you can stay as long as you’d like to in this position)

Going back to the starting position

And finish
